Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development Cut agricultural crops Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots Greenhouse cleaning Harvest seedlings Mixing fertilizer Organize tasks to accomplish the work Oversee the activities of clearing the fields Weeding Maintain financial and production records Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying or harvesting Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Maintain work records and logs Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Perform general farm duties
