---------Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development Develop specific plans to prioritize Mixing fertilizer Shear and shape trees and plants with knife Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality Weeding Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers Maintain quality control and production records Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations Maintain work records and logs Hire and train staff Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment Perform general farm duties
