We are seeking a dedicated Farm Hand to support daily operations on our agricultural property. This role involves hands-on work in crop cultivation, equipment maintenance, and general farm management. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a passion for farming and outdoor work. Duties

Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and harvesting crops using appropriate tools and techniques Operate farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and farm infrastructure Conduct heavy lifting of supplies, equipment, or harvested produce as needed Support general farm chores including fencing, cleaning, and organizing storage areas Follow safety protocols during all activities to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of horticulture principles and crop management practices Experience with farm machinery operation and maintenance preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work outdoors in various weather conditions Basic math skills for measuring inputs and calculating areas or quantities Prior experience working on a farm or in agricultural settings is advantageous but not required Willingness to learn new skills related to farm operations and maintenance class 1A semi license is required

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 70 per week
