ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Servicing their community for 50+ years and counting, our client has grown to have over 100 staff now and shows no signs of stopping anytime soon. They specialize in all types of law including real estate, business, wills and estates, litigation, and more! Now they\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a new paralegal to join their Personal Injury and Family Law departments.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Offering hybrid work options, our client understands the importance of maintaining a work-life balance. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with a supportive team of lawyers and legal assistants that you can always rely on. All while expanding your knowledge in Family and Personal Injury!
ABOUT THE POSITION
Supporting 5 lawyers, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and proofreading client correspondence
• Preparing legal documents as necessary
• Opening and closing files
• Maintaining filing systems
• Managing lawyers\xe2\x80\x99 schedule
• Handling expense invoices
• Updating clients on file inquiries
• Liaising with opposing counsel

THE REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience as a Paralegal
• At least 3 years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Family Law
• A Paralegal diploma/certificate is an asset

COMPENSATION

• $70,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $90,000 (depending on experience)
• Extended medical and dental coverage
• 3 weeks vacation
