Ronald McDonald House offers programs and accommodations to sick or injured children and their families who must travel to St. John's for medical reasons. Full-Time Family Program and Services Coordinator
scheduled Monday to Friday, 9-5 pm.

This position plays a key part in delivering the programs and services to ill children and their families at Ronald McDonald House 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
Reporting to the Director of Family and Volunteer Services, the
Family Program and Services Coordinator's
key responsibilities would include:
Accountable for the overall facilitation and enhancement of all in-house programs that will increase the well-being and enjoyment of families
Assist the Director of Family and Volunteer Services with all aspects of service relating to the families
Assist with daily operations and various administrative tasks
Assist with day-to-day management of onsite Family Service volunteers
Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and supervision of Family Service staff for 24-hour coverage
Assist with emergency 24-hour shift coverage as needed, which may also include evenings and weekends
Assist with achieving financial and operational efficiencies
Assist with building a strong relationship with all stakeholders
Ensuring adherence to Ronald McDonald House policy and procedures
Representing Ronald McDonald House to various audiences in a professional manner consistent with our image and mission
Maintaining supportive and open communications with families and participating in all "in-house" events
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience in the program management, residential care, and/or hospitality industry along with the following:
Applicable college degree or other related combination of education and experience
Minimum of 1 year experience in a program planning capacity
Experience in supervising staff
Demonstrated ability to work with computers, Microsoft Office, and social media
Demonstrated independent and critical thinking
Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Superior Skills

Compensation: Salary Range - $44,280 - $54,120.
