Family Physician Opportunity - Join Our Thriving Medical Team in Beautiful West Kelowna!
Towne Centre Medical Clinic is a well-established community clinic that has been serving the region for over 25 years. We are seeking a Family Physician to join our group practice in an under-serviced community of approximately 41,000 residents. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Role & Responsibilities
Accept new patients and provide longitudinal care.
Conduct family practice phone calls and in-person visits, managing health issues as they arise.
Complete thorough EMR documentation of all encounters using Accuro, and manage results in accordance with College guidelines.
Work within our clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am-4 pm) and set your own schedule.
Participate in team coverage for vacations, illnesses, and absences to ensure continuity of care.

The 75/25 split exists to cover overhead costs ( lease, staff, EMR, janitorial etc ). Under the longitudinal family practice model*, each physician retains 100% of his or her panel payments. Physicians cover each other's patients; physicians can cover labs while away if that is needed or they can continue to do their own (their preference).
