Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. Duties

Provide high-quality patient care in a family medicine setting, including conducting thorough examinations and assessments. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate management plans are developed for each patient. Administer medications and perform necessary procedures related to pain management and acute care. Engage in pediatrics by providing care for children, including routine check-ups and vaccinations. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic and Cerner. Participate in data collection for quality improvement initiatives and research projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive home care services for patients when needed. Educate patients about their health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote overall well-being.

Experience

Hospital experience is preferred, with familiarity in acute care settings being highly beneficial. Previous medical office experience is essential for understanding the operational aspects of patient management. Proficiency in medical terminology is required to ensure effective communication within the healthcare team. Experience with data collection methods for research purposes will be advantageous. A background in pain management practices will enhance the quality of care provided to patients. Familiarity with pediatric care practices is a plus, as this role involves treating patients across all age groups.
