We are a rapidly expanding healthcare company based in Winnipeg seeking dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physicians to join our healthcare team. We offer attractive packages and benefits for those looking to join and grow with us in this endeavor.

Responsibilities



Provide primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to determine health status. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history. Provide acute care for patients with urgent medical conditions. Administer medications and manage pain management strategies effectively. Utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as Accuro for documentation and patient management. Engage in home care visits as necessary to ensure continuity of care for patients unable to visit the clinic. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Stay current with medical research and advancements in family medicine to enhance practice quality. Educate patients and their families about health management, preventive measures, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements and Qualifications



Holds or is eligible for Certification in the College of Family Physicians (CCFP) Holds or is eligible for Full License to practice medicine in Manitoba Applicants with Provisional License to Practice in Manitoba are welcome to apply Good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM) Current liability insurance through Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) Graduate of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from a recognized and accredited institution Experience in family medicine preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with electronic medical record systems (Accuro). Strong skills in patient care, including acute care management and medication administration. Welcoming and adaptive interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients and families from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Commitment to providing high-quality compassionate healthcare services within a collaborative team setting. Reliable communication skills for patients, colleagues and third party communication updates and interactions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $480,000.00-$640,000.00 per year
