We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to determine health status.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide acute care for patients with urgent medical conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems such as Cerner or Epic.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, including home care services when necessary.
Engage in data collection and research initiatives to improve patient outcomes and enhance practice efficiency.
Educate patients and their families about health management, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
Stay informed about advancements in family medicine and integrate new knowledge into practice.
Skills
Proficient in medical office procedures and practices.
Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to family medicine.
Experience with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner and Epic.
Ability to perform medication administration accurately and safely.
Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
Knowledge of home care services and coordination for patients requiring additional support.
Strong analytical skills for data collection and research purposes.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
