Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a variety of settings including home care and hospital environments. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking and physical examinations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences. Administer medications and manage pain effectively while ensuring patient safety. Collect and analyze data to monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate medical records using Cerner or similar electronic health record systems. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and support for patients. Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in family medicine to enhance clinical practice.

Skills

Strong focus on patient care with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations. Proficient in acute care management and pain management strategies. Familiarity with medical terminology essential for effective communication within the healthcare team.
