Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care, with experience in various medical settings including hospital environments. New graduates are welcome. This role involves providing comprehensive medical services to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care across a wide range of medical issues, including acute care and pain management. Conduct thorough examinations and assessments to diagnose health conditions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient needs. Administer medications and perform necessary procedures as required. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner. Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in data collection for research purposes to improve clinical practices. Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention strategies. Manage pediatric cases effectively, ensuring appropriate care for younger patients. Engage in home care visits when necessary to provide ongoing support for patients.

Requirements

Medical degree (MD or MBBS) from an accredited institution. Board certification in Family Medicine or eligibility for certification. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of diverse backgrounds. Experience with electronic health records, particularly Ava. Remuneration

The clinic operates both on PCCPM model and FFS model. The split is 75%-25%
