Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled

Family Law Associate

with a minimum of

seven years of experience

in family law to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated legal professional with strong knowledge of family law, excellent client management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters. Provide strategic legal advice and representation to clients. Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents. Represent clients in Court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Stay current with evolving family law legislation and case law. Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)

and membership in good standing with the

Law Society of Ontario

.

Minimum

7 years of experience

practicing Ontario family law. Strong knowledge of family law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional client management and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Compensation

: starting at $160,000 plus bonus
