Qualifications:

Member in good standing of the Law Society of British Columbia. Experience in family law, civil litigation, or estates litigation (a combination is an asset). Proven ability to independently manage files from intake to resolution, including negotiations, mediations, and court appearances. Exceptional legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills. Proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to provide clear direction and delegate effectively. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work seamlessly with colleagues and support staff.
