Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RPN or RN to join our family practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a busy office. This role involves supporting physicians with a wide variety of health care visits including well baby care, diabetic care, prenatal care and administering vaccinations and routine injections. Experience in a family practice would be beneficial as well as knowledge of Accuro. You will play a vital role in enhancing patient outcomes through effective nursing practices, medication administration, and patient education.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct patient care in a family practice setting. Perform clinical duties including well baby care, diabetic care, BP measurements, vaccinations, wound care. Utilize Accuro to maintain accurate patient records. Support patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, mental health. Educate patients and families on health management and medications. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety protocols while ensuring a compassionate approach to patient care.

Skills

Proficiency in electronic health record systems such as Accuro. Family practice nursing experience an asset. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and medication administration. Experience working with diverse populations. Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to support patients' physical and emotional needs. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environment. Familiarity with medical office procedures and healthcare compliance standards. Effective communication skills for interacting with patients of all ages.

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 - 37.5 per week
