What You'll Do
Summary
Operations support role is part of a fast-paced team which is accountable for effectively managing a large volume of transactions including journal entry processing, work on carrier, wholesaler onboarding, data input, tracking management for broker reviews.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Prepare, validate and issue manual invoices
Process and issue Notices
Data input into Enhanced as required
Audit bank accounts
Convert contracts when needed
Validate checks as required
Manage fax queue (labeling and assigning)
Update spreadsheets and other reports
Adhere to approved processes and audit requirements
Notify brokers on credits and returned/undeliverable mails
Assist other team members as required
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous financial processing and/or administration experience
Strong organizational, prioritization and abstract reasoning skills
A proactive, energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work, and a desire to go the extra mile in customer service
Self motivation and strong attention to detail
The ability to build strong relationships with team members and internal and external customers
Strong organizational, and abstract reasoning skills
Ability to multitask in a high volume environment
A flexible attitude towards change and the ability to adapt to new situations
Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and MS Word
