These interns will assist with basic operating technician field duties. This position will be a four-month commitment from September \xe2\x80\x93 December.Qualifications - Required education, experience and abilities that are needed for this role (must haves)

• Have completed at minimum ABSA Part A of a 4th class Power Engineering program and/or are currently enrolled in a Power Engineering or Chemical Engineering Technology / Power & Process Operations program.
• Reliable attendance is an expectation of every Dow employee; therefore, the student must be able to supply their own reliable transportation.
• All candidates that receive a job offer will have to pass a background check.
• Be proficient in computers to perform job tasks.
• A class 5 driver\'s license.
• A minimum requirement for this Canada based position is the ability to work legally in Canada on a permanent basis.

The physical abilities, with or without reasonable accommodations, include:

• Lift, push, and pull up to 55 lbs.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Work at heights, climb stairs and ladders.
