Job Title Fall 2023 Student - Associate - Term Investments & Savings



What is the opportunity?

The opportunity is to be a part of the Term Investments & Savings product team, where you will assist in various product management duties related to our retail Guaranteed Investments Certificates (GICs) product suite as well as our retail Savings product suite.

What will you do?

• Provide administrative support for various tasks related to product innovation, product strategy, portfolio analysis, and production issues (if any) related to the GICs and Savings product suite
• Work with cross-functional partners to address client complaints and escalations related to GICs and Savings products
• Assist with the update of relevant policies and procedures related to new products and/or system/procedural enhancements

Must-have

• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with ambiguity
• Attention-to-detail
• Effective time-management and ability to manage competing demands
• Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite (emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint)
• Strong communication skills

Nice-to-have

• Basic knowledge about GICs and Savings
• Basic Modelling skills
• Presentation skills
