Fairmont Gold Attendant
At Fairmont Chateau Whistler, unparalleled service and luxury await guests of Fairmont Gold, our exclusive \xe2\x80\x9chotel within a hotel\xe2\x80\x9d experience. As Fairmont Gold Attendant you will bring our exceptional Fairmont Gold standards to life.

What you will be doing:

• \xe2\x80\xa2 Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide service in the Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and maintain strong Guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide exceptional information to our Guests about local and area attractions
• \xe2\x80\xa2 Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous customer related experience preferred
• Must possess a professional presentation
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible and reliable
• Food Safe Certification is required
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Physical aspects include but are not limited to:

• Frequent standing and walking throughout shift
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50+ lbs
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps

Additional Information

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
