Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic light cleaning and repair work like drywall repairs, painting, and fixing fixtures
- Assist in setting up offices and apartments by moving furniture, boxes, and other items as needed
- Make deliveries and do pick-ups
- Manage inventory and coordinate supplies, including ordering and stocking items for the facility
- Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance, or related fields is preferred
- Valid class 5 Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License with a clean Driver\xe2\x80\x99s Abstract
- Strong organizational skills and the ability and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring a safe and clean environment
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Agreeable to a criminal background check as part of employment
