Gestionnaire des installations
, vous superviserez les operations des installations tout en assurant la conformite aux normes de l'industrie et aux protocoles de securite. Vous soutiendrez les normes d'excellence operationnelle de JLL et les exigences operationnelles du client, surveillerez les indicateurs de performance cles specifiques a l'environnement operationnel, et effectuerez des evaluations des installations pour repondre aux besoins de maintenance. Ce role implique la gestion des fonctions operationnelles incluant la gestion des ordres de travail, la coordination des services, les initiatives d'efficacite energetique, et le support budgetaire.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Gerer les operations des installations pour le portefeuille assigne du client et assurer la satisfaction client par la prestation de services de gestion des installations
Surveiller et soutenir les ICP du site specifiques aux exigences operationnelles, suivre la performance des SLA mensuellement en mettant l'accent sur le temps de fonctionnement des systemes, et assurer que les operations respectent l'accord de services maitre et les normes operationnelles du client
Effectuer des evaluations des installations incluant les zones de support de production, les batiments administratifs, et les systemes d'infrastructure ; soutenir les plans strategiques pour traiter les deficiences et minimiser l'impact operationnel
Coordonner les services des installations incluant : le support des briefings operationnels, la gestion des salles de conference, la coordination des services alimentaires, la gestion du stationnement, les systemes de badges, et les protocoles de gestion des visiteurs
Soutenir les programmes de gestion energetique pour maximiser l'efficacite et reduire l'impact environnemental, contribuer aux initiatives de durabilite
Implementer les systemes de gestion SSE conformes aux normes de l'industrie, soutenir les initiatives de culture securitaire incluant les exigences de securite du client, et assurer la conformite aux reglementations de l'Alberta et aux codes des installations
Soutenir les initiatives d'economies de couts des installations tout en maintenant l'integrite operationnelle, aider a la gestion du budget operationnel et d'immobilisations, et fournir des rapports pour les operations o Soutenir les activites d'approvisionnement pour l'equipement et les services, aider aux evaluations des fournisseurs, et surveiller la performance des fournisseurs en mettant l'accent sur la securite, la fiabilite, et la conformite
CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ (REQUIS)
Baccalaureat en ingenierie, gestion des installations, ou domaine connexe, ou combinaison equivalente d'education et d'experience pertinente
Minimum de 3+ annees en gestion des installations, operations petrolieres et gazieres, ou experience en environnement operationnel
Solide comprehension des systemes de batiment (CVC, distribution electrique, systemes de chauffage, traitement de l'eau)
Connaissance des reglementations SST de l'Alberta et des protocoles de securite
Solides competences en communication et organisation
Capacite de travailler efficacement dans des conditions meteorologiques difficiles (-40C a +30C)
Maitrise des systemes de gestion de maintenance et des outils de suivi budgetaire

Designation professionnelle (FMP, SFP, ou similaire)
Experience en operations eloignees/camps et environnements de travail par quarts

As a
Facility Manager
, you will oversee facility operations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. You will support JLL's operational excellence standards and the client's operational requirements, monitor key performance indicators specific to the operational environment, and conduct facility assessments to address maintenance needs. This role involves managing operational functions including work order management, coordination of services, energy efficiency initiatives, and budget support.
WHAT YOU'll DO
Manage facility operations for the client's assigned portfolio and ensure client satisfaction through delivery of Facility Management services
Monitor and support site KPIs specific to operational requirements, track SLA performance monthly with focus on systems uptime, and ensure operations comply with Master Services Agreement and client operational standards
Conduct facility assessments including production support areas, administrative buildings, and infrastructure systems; support strategic plans to address deficiencies and minimize operational impact
Coordinate facility services including: operational briefing support, conference room management, food services coordination, parking management, badging systems, and visitor management protocols o Support energy management programs to maximize efficiency and reduce environmental impact, contributing to sustainability initiatives
Implement EHS management systems compliant with industry standards, support safety culture initiatives including client safety requirements, and ensure compliance with Alberta regulations and facility codes
Support facility cost savings initiatives while maintaining operational integrity, assist with operational and capital budget management, and provide reporting for operations
Support sourcing activities for equipment and services, assist with supplier evaluations, and monitor supplier performance with focus on safety, reliability, and compliance
WHAT YOU BRING (REQUIRED)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 3+ years in facility management, oil & gas operations, or operational environment experience
Strong understanding of building systems (HVAC, electrical distribution, heating systems, water treatment)
Knowledge of Alberta OH&S regulations and safety protocols
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in challenging weather conditions (-40C to +30C)
Proficiency in maintenance management systems and budget tracking tools
WHAT YOU BRING (PREFERRED)
Professional designation (FMP, SFP, or similar)
Experience in remote/camp operations and shift work environments
Experience with CMMS platforms
Project management experience an asset
