Job Purpose:
Provide support to the Real Estate department by managing repairs and preventative maintenance contracts to Facilities throughout North America. Maintain database with accurate information.

What you will be doing:

• Manage and maintain branch and vendor database
• Source and manage vendors for various maintenance projects
• Develop strategies for Preventative Maintenance programs
• Oversee Facility Repair and Maintenance Requests through online portal
• Maintain Facility Maintenance tracker
• Run and distribute facility maintenance reports for approvals as needed

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 5 years of construction background and real estate related knowledge
• Minimum of 3 years of project management experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, Security Systems, CCTV, Access Control systems preferred
• Advanced skill set in Microsoft Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Self-motivated individual with excellent coordination skills
• Strong team and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to communicate in French, both oral and written is welcomed
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Ability to maintain discretion and client confidentiality
• Familiarity with database tracking
• High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
