Job Description

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Facility Management Administrator for a temporary position in Woodstock, ON, paying $28 per hour. In this role, you will support the day-to-day administrative operations related to facilities management, contract compliance, and SAP billing within a healthcare setting. You will play a key role in ensuring that vendor contracts, access control systems, billing processes, and audit documentation are properly maintained, accurate, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.   • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities:
  • Monitoring and managing contract and service agreement compliance
  • Maintaining and auditing a comprehensive contract database
  • Coordinating contract lifecycle: initiation, execution, termination
  • Data entry into internal systems and compliance trackers
  • Generating reports on contracts, metrics, and vendor performance
  • Assisting in budget creation, monitoring, and reconciliation
  • Managing SAP billing and PO reconciliation
  • Tracking expenditures and ensuring budget efficiency
  • Handling monthly billing and subcontractor documentation
  • Overseeing internal/external audit prep and documentation management
  • Administering ID badge printing, access control systems, and visitor parking
  • Providing frontline support for walk-in access/parking inquiries
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • High school diploma (post-secondary education an asset)
  • Minimum 5 years in facilities or administrative support
  • Advanced SAP billing and reconciliation experience
  • Proven track record in contract compliance and documentation
  • Experience in the healthcare sector preferred
  • Must meet immunization requirements including COVID-19
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with budgeting, audits, and document control
  • Knowledge of facilities management and security access systems
