22/310i - Facility Maintenance Worker 3

Reporting to the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, the Facility Maintenance Worker 3 performs a wide variety of semiskilled maintenance and custodial duties including the use of specialized equipment in various parts of the complex. The work involves the operation, cleaning and maintenance of public recreational facilities which may include ice arenas, swimming pools, and other facilities. May be required to work all shift schedules as required for a continuous operation. The applicant or incumbent will be required to undergo a criminal record check in order to work in this position and to report to their supervisor if any criminal charges are laid against them that may be related to their employment in this position.
