Facility Maintenance Technician

24/7, 365 days a year, we deliver a modern, accessible golf experience for players of all levels. We are seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Technician to ensure our facilities remain safe, functional, and well-presented. Position Overview:

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools and solving problems.

The successful candidate will handle upkeep of simulator bays, building repairs, and equipment installations, while supporting operations at multiple locations across Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct facility repairs (e.g., drywall, painting, minor fixes) Replace turf, screens, mounts, and assemble equipment as needed Perform light technical troubleshooting of simulators and related equipment Ensure simulator bays and common areas remain clean and functional Support set-up and equipment installation at new and existing facilities Travel to other locations within Ontario for scheduled support Report facility concerns and damage to the head office
Qualifications:

Comfortable using tools and performing light to moderate repair work Physically able to lift, move, and install equipment Must hold a valid Ontario driver's licence and have access to reliable transportation Organized, dependable, and able to work independently Golf knowledge is an asset but not required
