Job Description

Join us in a fast paced printing factory with leading technology and advanced equipment in Langley, BC! This position's main responsibilities will include a wide range of responsibilities within

Facilities and Building Maintenance

at our manufacturing facility.

Job Duties:

Roof, plumbing and parking lot maintenance Window and door maintenance/repairs Drywall repairs, window washing, power washing Floor resurfacing (crack repairs/use of surface grinding machine) Painting and lighting maintenance Maintain warehouse racking Furniture moving and building Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience with building and facilities maintenance Self motivated and ability to work without supervision Mechanical aptitude Skilled with power tools, woodcutting, measuring Ability to multi-task, strong time management skills, and prioritize work Ability to use forklift and scissor lift as necessary to complete tasks Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials as required

Other:

Position is dayshift, ability to be flexible to work other timing on occasion if necessary The salary will be commensurate with experience.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
