Facility Maintenance Coordinator
SOUTHLAND Transportation is currently seeking a Facility Maintenance Coordinator to join our team in Calgary. This role is responsible for completing general repair tasks and providing regular maintenance at various locations across the city.
Key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Patching drywall, caulking, and performing minor electrical and plumbing repairs
• Assembling furniture, fixtures, and equipment
• Replacing lighting, hardware, and minor building components
• Inspecting and maintaining appliances and facility equipment
• Performing seasonal maintenance, including snow removal, lawn care, and light landscaping
• Repairing exterior structures, such as fences, gates, and siding - Assisting with general property upkeep
• Coordinating with third-party vendors for quotes and scheduling of regular maintenance and repairs
• Responding promptly to maintenance and repair requests
• Tracking repairs and materials used - Picking up parts and supplies as needed

Requirements:

• 5 years of related experience in facility maintenance or related responsibilities
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Related technical certifications preferred
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent diagnostic abilities
• Proficient in computer applications
• Experience operating small equipment, such as skid steers and landscaping tools, is an asset
• Ability to travel between multiple locations to perform duties (company vehicle provided)

Remuneration:

• Salary offered will align with qualifications and experience
• Bi-weekly pay period (every second Friday)

• PPE provided as applicable
