: Facilities Specialist



Position Summary




We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Specialist to maintain cleanliness and organization in our workplace. This part-time temporary role is responsible for cleaning kitchen areas, restocking supplies, wiping down bathrooms, and performing other basic facilities duties. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities



Clean and sanitize kitchen areas including counters, sinks, and appliances. Restock bathroom supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. Wipe down and maintain cleanliness of bathroom surfaces. Perform basic facilities tasks such as tidying common areas and emptying trash bins. Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to the supervisor. Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications



Previous experience in facilities or janitorial work preferred. Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness. Reliable and punctual with good communication skills. Good communication skills to report issues and coordinate with the team as needed. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Schedule & Compensation



This is a full-time position, must be available to work evenings and weekends Must be available to work independently * Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities or urgent facility needs
