Reporting to the CI Manager, the Facility Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 Crop Inputs, will carry out the required duties involved in the handling & blending fertilizer, handling crop inputs, and the overall execution of processes involved in the operation of the crop input facility.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

• Assisting in blending fertilizer & handling of crop inputs;
• Performing exceptional customer service duties;
• Regular facility maintenance & housekeeping;
• Commitment to maintaining a safe & compliant working environment.

The successful candidate should enter the position with the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years in a general labour job, preferably in agricultural and farming;
• Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs);
• Strong communication skills;
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
