Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of facility conditions and performance metrics. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills. Develop and implement strategies for facility improvement and optimization. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry best practices. Utilize pipelines to assess potential success within assigned territories.
Experience/Qualifications
Graduate of relevant College or University-Level Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Architectural, Civil/Structural or Building Science related Program(s) Registered (or eligible for registration) as an EIT with EGBC or an AScT Designation with ASTTBC. Registered Roofing Observer (RRO) certification and RCABC Inspector considered an asset 2 to 4 years previous experience in facility assessment reporting, engineering or construction Experience in a consulting firm environment Proven experience in facility assessment and condition evaluation. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
