General Commitments

This role is working outdoors during daytime hours, with a mixture of inside and outside work. No overnight shifts. Helping GreenCo's commercial clients with support at their facilities during the week. Duties to include tending to flowers, watering plants, shovelling snow, litter pickup, general facility upkeep. Work location is downtown, near Manitoba Legislature Building. The selected applicant must be able to commit to being on-call and available for snowfall responses every second weekend Dress Code - The selected applicant is expected to always be dressed in professional, appropriate winter clothing at all times. Darker colours are also encouraged. Sweatpants are not permitted. Other duties as assigned and trained, such as litter pickup, etc

Estimated Schedule: Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm

Every Other Weekend - On-Call for snowfall responses

Estimated Wages:

Depending on experience and performance, wages are likely to start at $20/hr with regular raises up to $23-25/hr+ based on clearly defined performance standards within the first year. GreenCo also offers monthly performance bonuses that equal several hundred dollars for high-performing team members!

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
