The facilities rep contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the director of facilities, senior facilities manager, facilities manager and facilities service managers in the development and maintenance of forms, processes, and reporting that aid in decision making. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Provides assistance to the facilities team for day-to-day activities by continuously maintaining and improving systems and processes which may include but is not limited to, order processing, assets, work tasks, and supplier management, variance reporting, data management within R&M and Capital systems, and other duties as assigned.
  • Manages and maintains the Compass system, including but not limited to reporting, data entry, and assignment of suppliers to stores.
  • Process and track warehouse and vendor direct orders on a per store basis; monitors problems with back orders, items not received, defective and damaged goods. Communicates supplier issues to buyers.
  • Supports the regional & divisional facilities leadership team
  • to develop a comprehensive annual financial plan and subsequent forecasts for R&M and capital.
  • By collecting data to aid making recommendations to regional/divisional facilities team regarding supplier management, R&M, capital and asset management
  • Supports cross functional teams \xe2\x80\x93 opportunity to work with other functions including construction, design, Operations & OPS services, etc.
  • Assists in coordinating meetings and departmental activities.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Training new hires on rep responsibilities and project administration.
Qualifications

Summary of Experience
  • Facilities, real estate or property development within a fast-growing retail environment (1-3 years)
  • Financial analysis and accounting (1-3 years)
  • Project management (2 years)
  • Ability to understand and analyze P&L statement
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently
  • Demonstrates ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain composure in the face of competing priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple databases, including data input, file management and report generation
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Ability to work cohesively within the facilities services rep team
Hybrid Working Environment: Minimum 3 days per week in a regional office
