Summary

In this role you will work closely with the Director, Global Facilities Planning and Services supporting the day-to-day requests for office and laboratory needs. You will also support our 6+ global facilities and be involved in projects and tasks relating to space planning.



Duties and Responsibilities

Support the daily needs relating to our global facilities including administering and interfacing with employees via the facilities ticketing system and workspace booking software

Coordinate services between internal stakeholders and external contractors/service providers including moves, and scheduling of regular and ad-hoc services

Provide administrative support within the Facilities Operations Department, including scheduling of meetings, minutes taking, management of shared inbox, tracking and communicating recurring Facility related fees, and monitoring contract expiry dates as required

Conduct regular audits of local Facilities to ensure ongoing safety and cleanliness

Knowledge and Qualifications

Bachelor\xc3\xa2\xc2\x80\xc2\x99s Degree\xc3\x82 with up to 2 years of experience

Google Suite knowledge

Organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask

Cooperative and communicative attitude with executive staff, managers, and employees

Customer Service experience is a plus
