About this opportunity
The Facilities Operations Coordinator is a newly established, hands-on operational role at CBI Health responsible for the centralized intake, coordination, and execution of facilities and FF&E service requests across CBI's national clinic portfolio. Working closely with the Facilities team, this role operates the facilities ticketing system and serves as a primary point of intake and coordination for work orders across sites in Canada.
The Coordinator owns the full lifecycle of facilities tickets, including intake, triage, prioritization, assignment, tracking, escalation, and closure, ensuring maintenance, repair, and site-related issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption to clinic operations. Acting as a key liaison between clinics, landlords, property managers, trade vendors, and internal teams, the role ensures work is clearly scoped, appropriately routed, and progressed in line with service-level expectations, approved budgets, and organizational standards.
Success in this role requires strong working knowledge of building systems and trade services, the ability to manage multiple concurrent work orders in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and sound judgment to make practical, real-time decisions that keep clinics safe, functional, and operational.
Salary range: $59,000 to $65,000
