skilled and driven Property Manager
to join our team and make an impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
About the Role:
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-obsessed team player to support the day-to-day operations of a national commercial real estate portfolio. You'll be the central hub between tenants, vendors, trades, and property managers--keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for tenant service requests and coordinate follow-up with managers/trades.
Coordinate and track service calls, site access, contractor work, and quote requests.
Manage service contracts related to life safety systems, HVAC, landscaping, snow removal, and general site services; monitor performance and assist in compliance reporting.
Maintain vendor directories, obtain quotes, issue work orders, and support contract compliance tracking.
Prepare purchase orders and organize invoices for processing.
Track maintenance schedules, follow up on deficiencies, and help maintain compliance logs.
Support lease turnover coordination, small project pricing, and capex execution as directed.
Assist property managers with budgeting, reporting, and utility tracking.
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience in property management, operations coordination, or facility support.
Highly organized, proactive, and accountable--able to juggle multiple tasks without letting anything drop.
Strong communication and follow-up skills; thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software (Yardi, Angus, etc. a plus).
RPA designation or enrollment in the program considered a strong asset.
Bonus if you:
Have experience with commercial or retail properties.
Love spreadsheets, systems, and ticking boxes.
Are a stickler for detail and process (OCD welcome).
