We're looking for a skilled
multi-trade professional
to manage and maintain our three restaurants and artisan bakery. This role blendshands-on work
withproject leadership
-- from small repairs to full renovations.What You'll Do
Plan, coordinate, and deliver facility projects Handle light construction, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work Hire and manage contractors for specialized jobs Ensure safety, quality, and budget goals are met
What You Bring
Proven experience in multiple trades Strong project management skills Problem-solver who works well independently Trade certification or Red Seal an asset
Details
Part-time: ~20-25 hrs/week, some flexibility for urgent needs Competitive rate:
$45-$55/hr
