We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Facilities Manager to help maintain several commercial locations by following established cleaning procedures and ensuring each site is completed to standard. This role is primarily cleaning-based, with some responsibility for keeping supplies stocked and communicating needs to the owner. Hours may vary depending on store requirements, including early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily and weekly cleaning tasks across multiple store locations
Follow the specific checklist and procedures for each site
Ensure all assigned locations are completed within the required timeframes
Keep track of supplies and notify Matt when restocking is needed
Report any issues, damages, or concerns at locations
Support the team by covering additional shifts when possible
Maintain a consistent level of quality and reliability
Qualifications
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow set procedures
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid G-Class licence
Able to work a
flexible schedule
(mornings, evenings, some weekends)
Comfortable working independently across multiple locations
Reliable, punctual, and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision
