We're seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support facility operations in Calgary. In this onsite contract role, you'll assist property managers, coordinate with vendors and tenants, and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support property managers in implementing policies and procedures.
  • Manage and track work orders and documentation.
  • Oversee facility operations, including waste and recycling compliance.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized records and vendor files.
  • Review reports and data to monitor performance.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Requirements:
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of related experience.
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Clear communication and basic math skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and familiar with facilities management practices.
