Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. This position involves performing various cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

We have 2 facilities available currently, 1 in surrey and 1 in Vancouver. we prefer the same individual to service both facilities daily. This is a part time and temporary position for the month of October and November. Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in various settings such as offices, restrooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness of facilities by following established cleaning protocols and schedules. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the premises. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly. Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient cleaning operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required. Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good physical stamina; ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Pay: $24.50 per hour
