The Facilities and Parks Manager is responsible for the planning, operation, maintenance, and management of all municipal buildings, parks, and open spaces within the RM of West St. Paul. This includes the recreation facility, administrative offices, operations buildings, green spaces, playgrounds, and sports fields. The Manager ensures all facilities and parks are safe, functional, and welcoming for staff, residents, and visitors.
