Flashpoint Training Inc. is seeking confident, dynamic, and diverse

Part-Time Subcontractor Facilitators

to lead career-focused skill development sessions for high school students. If you're passionate about youth empowerment and delivering interactive training, we want to hear from you!

-Central Toronto-Must have access to a vehicle

-Must be able to get to different areas of Toronto within 20-45- min

About the Role

As a

Facilitator

, you'll work in pairs to lead engaging, in-person group sessions using Flashpoint's proprietary curriculum. You'll help high school students develop real-world, transferable skills through active, experiential learning.

Schedule:

Generally October to May (weekday sessions between 9 AM and 3 PM)

Time Commitment:

4-10 per week, flexible based on your availability

Compensation:

Starting at

$42.50/hour

, including prep, travel, and session wrap-up time

What You'll Do

Deliver engaging, high-energy sessions in pairs using Flashpoint's curriculum Build rapport with diverse youth and create a supportive, motivating environment Model professionalism and transferable job skills Attend orientation and shadow sessions before facilitating independently

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Qualities:

Energetic, confident, and engaging facilitation style Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with youth Operational excellence and time management Creative problem solving and critical thinking Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

Experience & Education:

3+ years in facilitation, coaching, or training (preferred) At least 5+ years of life/work experience in any sector Postsecondary diploma or degree in any field
