Responsibilities

Facilitate weekly virtual and on-site workshops;

Utilize a variety of interactive and engaging digital tools to foster optimal learning and participation;

Identify gaps in learning and provide constructive feedback to participants;

Provide one-on-one support to participants to enhance their skills;

Assess participants' program success and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms;

Meet with participants and support team to determine transition plans and provide support and complete reports as required;

Qualifications & Skills

Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or combination of skills, education and experience;

Effective digital skills ;

Experience facilitating workshops;

Experience working with adults with varied learning abilities;

Excellent inter-personal, communication and problem solving skills;

Ability to work independently and with a team;

Ability to influence and motivate program participants to engage in learning opportunities;

Ability to interact with people of all ages, cultural backgrounds and diverse life experiences with sensitivity, compassion, and patience;

Conditions of Employment

The successful candidate must have access to a reliable vehicle and be willing and able to travel occasionally as required for the performance of job duties.

Pay: $21.95-$29.36 per hour

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:

Facilitation with a non-profit organization: 1 year (required)
