Job Summary

We are looking for a facialist/aesthetician to join our team. This is a full time position of approximately 30-40 hours per week.

Who We Are

Located in London, we are the largest plastic surgery and medical aesthetics office in southwestern Ontario. Our office comprises multiple surgeons and physicians, nurses, skin therapists and an outstanding administrative, marketing and customer service team. We offer the full range of private-pay plastic surgery, as well as all non-surgical aesthetic services, including lasers, facials, and injectables, plus retail skincare.

In this role, you will:

Consult patients to identify their concerns and recommend appropriate treatment Build a practice focused on facials and facial skin treatments, including specialized facials, HydraFacials, chemical peels and microneedling Recommend at home retail skincare products Take standardized photos as part of pre and post care and medical record keeping Ensure medical chart is complete Sanitize treatment rooms and equipment to maintain cleanliness and safety standards Support senior clinical team when assistance is required Schedule patients, make follow up phone calls and reminder calls, cash out patients Assist walk-ins with skincare recommendations Maintain a professional Instagram presence

Your skills:

You are obsessed with skin! You must have a love for taking care of peoples' skin, talking about skin and skincare, and helping people reach their skincare goals Experience performing other aesthetic services including facials, chemical peels, microneedling, for a minimum of 2 years Experience consulting and assessing patients to identify in clinic procedures and at home product care Able to communicate well with patients, problem solving, and following up with patients to ensure patient satisfaction Ability to work well under pressure Able to keep a positive attitude during very busy days Attention to detail Maintain strict patient confidentiality
Salary is commensurate with experience. Schedule will be 5 days/week, including Saturdays.
