We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused

Facebook Customer Service Representative

to manage customer communications through

Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace

. This role focuses on responding to both

pre-sale and after-sale inquiries

, supporting customer satisfaction, and assisting with sales-related questions when appropriate.

This is a

remote, work-from-home position

with

evening working hours

, ideal for candidates who are comfortable working independently and communicating with customers online.

Working Hours

5:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Local Time)

Schedule may include weekdays and/or weekends based on business needs
Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via

Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace

Answer

pre-sale questions

, including product details, pricing, availability, and promotions Handle

after-sale support

, including order follow-ups, delivery inquiries, and basic issue resolution Engage with potential customers to support sales conversions when appropriate Maintain accurate and polite written communication to represent the company professionally Track common customer questions or issues and report feedback to the team
Qualifications

Familiarity with

Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace

is required Previous experience in

customer service

is preferred

Sales experience

is a strong asset Strong written communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable, patient, and detail-oriented

Ability to communicate in Chinese is a strong plus
