5:30 PM - 11:30 PM (Local Time)
Schedule may include weekdays and/or weekends based on business needsKey Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace
Answerpre-sale questions
, including product details, pricing, availability, and promotions Handleafter-sale support
, including order follow-ups, delivery inquiries, and basic issue resolution Engage with potential customers to support sales conversions when appropriate Maintain accurate and polite written communication to represent the company professionally Track common customer questions or issues and report feedback to the teamQualifications
Familiarity with
Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace
is required Previous experience incustomer service
