Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via
Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace
Answer
pre-sale questions
, including product details, pricing, availability, and promotions
Handle
after-sale support
, including order follow-ups, delivery inquiries, and basic issue resolution
Engage with potential customers to support sales conversions when appropriate
Maintain accurate and polite written communication to represent the company professionally
Track common customer questions or issues and report feedback to the team
Qualifications
Familiarity with
Facebook Messenger and Facebook Marketplace
is required
Previous experience in
customer service
is preferred
Sales experience

Strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
