Coastal Offroad is hiring! We're looking for a part-time welder to join our team in Delta, BC. This is a great opportunity for someone with MIG welding experience, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for offroad vehicles who is looking for extra work with very flexible hours.

About the Job:

You'll be MIG welding and assembling our popular DIY bumper kits. The welding is straightforward (thicker steel), but we're looking for someone who can

finish welds cleanly

and produce an excellent end product. The real skill lies in your

attention to detail, mechanical know-how

, and

ability to work thoughtfully on customer vehicles

to ensure an exact fit and great service.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and fit Coastal Offroad bumper kits to customer vehicles Perform MIG welding on thicker steel parts Smoothly blend and finish welds to a very high standard Understand offroad vehicle setups and common fabrication pitfalls Take ownership of your work and maintain a very high quality standard

Requirements:

Extensive experience working on vehicles (ideally 4x4s or custom builds) - THIS IS A MUST. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT A CAR/TRUCK ENTHUSIAST Strong MIG welding skills (Please list your welding certifications in application) Excellent weld finishing ability High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work independently and responsibly Part-time availability with flexible scheduling Personal interest in trucks, offroading, or overlanding Familiarity with Coastal Offroad products or similar
