Experienced Ticketed Welder / Fabricator Needed
Looking for an experienced ticketed welder / fabricator for jobber shop. Preferably an "A" ticket. Will consider "c" and "b". Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications. 40hrs per week. Must have a valid, clean drivers license. Willingness to work some overtime would be an asset. Must speak fluent english and have good communication skills. We're a full service machining and fabrication shop, therefore the variety of work is tremendous, not too many days are the same. Our welders evolve into great fabricators, it's not a sit and weld only type of position. Use of shear, press break, pan break, tubing and pipe benders, an iron worker are a routine part of the job. We work with aluminum, stainless steel and structural steel.

85% of the work is at the shop 15% in off site installations and repairs.

Requirements

Ability to perform heavy lifting occasionally and moderate lifting frequently Ability to follow instruction and work within a team environment and independently as needed Welding experience, MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW), Stick (SMAW), Flux Core (FCAW) Strong awareness of surroundings taking into account safety of self and others High School diploma or equivalent Fabrication Experience, operating shear, press break, pan break, iron worker, tubing and pipe benders etc. Previous experience required (1-3 years minimum) Forklift certification is considered an asset Class "5" Driver's license is a must

Pay: $34.00-$44.00 per hour
