Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fabrication and welding. This role requires precision and attention to detail, as you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components for various projects. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential. Experience is an asset, but willing to train.

Duties

Fabricate metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Weld various materials using MIG, or stick welding techniques. Assemble parts and structures using hand tools and machinery. Operate forklift and telehandler safely to move materials as needed. Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in fabrication and welding. Strong understanding of basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with rigging practices is desirable. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
