Position Overview



As a Production Fabricator of Fine Signs, you will play a key role in assembling wayfinding signage according to design specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow assembly instructions, and a commitment to quality. You will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient production processes while adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Review work orders carefully to ensure all job details are understood and seek clarification when needed to ensure accuracy. Organize parts for assembly, ensuring quality and quantity. Assemble products according to provided specifications and instructions, making and reporting adjustments as necessary. Assemble detailed parts to ensuring the highest quality and attention to detail Package and label finished items according to shipping methodology. Including ensuring all relevant parts and pieces are included Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Keep accurate records of production output and any materials used during the assembly process. Ensuring that work order is completed in its entirety Ensure accurate records are maintained for completed and to be completed items Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and goals, communicating any issues or delays.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in production assembly or manufacturing is preferred. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills. Basic mechanical skills and the ability to use hand and power tools safely. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Must be able to lift and handle materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods during shifts.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
