The Fabrication Welder will play a key role in assembling, fabricating, and welding components to support custom, made-to-order products.
The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and a good understanding and ability to use a variety of different machinery and tools. This individual will have a great attitude, be physically capable and motivated to get the job done. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and fabrication drawings
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses
• Fit, assemble, and weld components according to specifications
• Use hand tools, grinders, sandblasters, and cut-off saws as required
• Inspect and test welds for accuracy, quality, and conformance to standards
• Assist with material preparation, including cutting, beveling, and cleaning metal surfaces
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained, clean, and in proper working condition
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment

Experience:

• Proven welding experience (CWB certification an asset)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Experience with MIG and/or TIG welding

Skills:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Respectful and reliable team player

Base Salary: $23 - $24 per hour
Work Hours:

• 6:00am - 2:30pm
• Monday - Friday

Remote Work:

• This position is not remote and required to be on-site.

Additional Notes:

• This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
