Duties
Lead and orchestrate F45 class programming, ensuring a fun and challenging workout for all fitness levels.
Provide 1:1 and group coaching moments within a group fitness class, which include motivating clients, ensuring safety, offering movement instruction, and providing exercise progressions and regressions.
Set up and tear down equipment for classes, depending on the time of day.
Actively participate in the F45 community, including events like the F45 Challenge.
Maintain the studio's cleanliness and organization, addressing any messes and tidying up as needed.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices through continuous education.
Foster a supportive community by encouraging teamwork and camaraderie among participants.
Requirements
Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction from a recognized organization is required (CanFit, ACE, NASM, CSCS, etc).
CPR & First Aid/AED
Good knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and health-related topics and/or interest in learning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients as well as orchestrate a group.
Previous experience in leading fitness classes or personal training is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours, in evenings and weekends.
