F&I Manager

who is passionate about automotive finance and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and sell a full suite of finance and insurance products, including extended warranties, service protection plans, GAP insurance, and credit/life protection. Ensure accuracy and compliance in all documentation, including finance contracts, leasing agreements, vehicle registration, and delivery paperwork. Maintain a strong working knowledge of manufacturer programs, rebates, lender offerings, and leasing options. Support the sales team in structuring deals that maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Foster strong relationships with banks, credit unions, OEM financial institutions, and third-party vendors. Provide ongoing communication and updates to customers regarding delivery timelines and documentation. Resolve any customer concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Manage and maintain accurate internal reports, compliance logs, and contract funding processes.

What You Bring:

Valid OMVIC certification (or willingness to obtain). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an F&I role or similar position within an automotive dealership. Strong understanding of leasing, financing, and aftermarket protection products. Experience with

PBS

and/or

DealerTrack

considered a significant asset. Professional, energetic, and customer-first attitude with exceptional communication skills. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Tech-savvy with solid computer skills; DMS experience preferred. Valid G-class driver's license and clean driving record.
